This is a reinforced concrete collective housing complex with eight family household.
One key issue was to secure the privacy of each unit, with each room having windows opening in two directions. The ceiling height is 2.6 meters, and the sliding doors between the living room and bedroom are full-height to the ceiling. With these sliding doors open, the contiguous spaces connected all together become a large multi-purpose zone. The covered balconies, 2 meters deep, become indoor/outdoor spaces that enable each unit to feel that the usable size is greater than the actual floor area.
