This new two-generation house was built near the seashore in Zushi for a lighting designer whose hobby is sailing. Going upwards in relation to the stairway of the skip-floor design, the room arrangement starts from the half-underground children's room up to the entrance level, then the grandmother's room, a multi-purpose room, the living/dining/kitchen spaces rooms, a study room, and the roof terrace.
