This facility serves as a support center for mentally retarded persons who live outside the care facility complex.
It is a new addition connected to the existing building for residents at the second floor level, and functionally it is considered as part of the main building.
The first floor contains a vocational aid center for non-residents and the second floor is a day service center, with offices on the third floor.
Due to the less serious level of acitivites on the first floor, it was decided to use a color scheme based on the cherry tree, to create a bright and cheerful atmosphere.
Since the second floor is dedicated to more serious care and treatment, the intent was to create a calm space by using a keynote theme of wood finishes in a deep brown color.
